This is an important and much used sign. This is used for "Question you called"--meaning, "what are you called" or "what is your name."

Clark says to raise the hand upwards and outwards while extending the index finger. He says that this comes from the custom of calling out names in an Indian village by the camp crier. The words are thrown outwards and upwards over the camp.
